Okay, so last semester me and my girlfriend used to hang out too much, like I'd be in her room if she was writing a paper and not paying any attention to me and it was boring and overwhelming. Now she lives in another building with a single, which you'd think would be a plus. However, she has also taken on 19 or so credits this semester, so she's busy with schoolwork alot. That's understandable, she needs to graduate, I don't blame her. But now she's trying to join and honor society, is in three clubs, and trying to either have a job or become a tutor. So then on top of that her apartment roomates now take her out to bars like once a weekend (which I hated to begin with). Also, every night she usually spends an hour or two hanging out with her roomates which makes it so I wind up not seeing her for a few days except like at lunch. She gets mad at me when I bring up how this is a slight problem to me. She says I'm "punishing her for doing well" or that I should let her have one weekend night to herself with her friends. I really wrote this mostly to vent, but I guess I should put it in question form. So she thinks I'm being ridiculous, am I?

I'm doing a "Balloon Debate" for my debate class and it's basically that me and 5 other kids are historic figures on a hot air balloon. Each person gets voted off and thrown into shark infested water based on who has done the least (historically or current day) after making their case (Kind of like Survivor). The one figure that I want to be is King Ramses the Great but I can't think of any case for him. So I ask of you to think of a unique person that I could use and what makes them important. Preferably it would be someone who has accomplished a lot and is known of but not enough so that people would have an easy time pointing out my flaws that they learned about in History 101.

When I try to open Synaptic Package Manager in Ubuntu Hearty Heron it simply won't open. Any solutions?

Alright, I'm using Ubuntu and originally my wireless card wasn't getting recognized, so I fixed that. Now I am trying to connect to my home network and I can't find an option to search for available networks? Is this an option on Ubuntu or do I have to know everything about my wireless network?

I currently go to SUNY Delhi but plan on majoring in Political Science when I get out. I'm not going to graduate Delhi, I am staying for the fall semester, which will be my 3rd semester then transferring for Spring. I was wondering if anyone had advice where to go. I was thinking Stony Brook because it is on Long Island near my hometown, but also UAlbany because it is big in Political Science. I would like to go to a school like Columbia but obviously it is very expensive and competitive and I currently have a 3.43 cumulative GPA, so I don't even know if I'd get accepted or be able to pay unless I get a scholarship. Recommendations?

Everyone tells me I'm just being paranoid but like if I pull on my hair one will fall out and sometimes I find one in my hat or one falls on my keyboard... I'm a good looking guy lol and I don't want to lost that at 18... Is it normal to have hairs fall out like that? I mean it doesn't fall out in clumps in the shower or anything but maybe a few hairs will. I mean if I pull on my arm hairs the same way they fall out... I don't want all the females not looking my way because my hair is thinning

I installed it, then when I click play I just a little black window then a pop up that says "Oblivion has stopped working, Windows is checking for a solution to the problem. I think I have enough hardware... Also though when I try to set the options to default it says "Video hardware unrecognized, Video quality set to medium quality"

I'm trying to burn an ISO image for Mepis Linux but I forgot how. I know I can use Nero but it takes like 3 hours to DL at my school so I have this other program installed called ISO Recorder v3. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I am using Windows Vista and want to install the font "MarioLuigi2". I downloaded it, unzipped it with Winzip then put it in the fonts folder. I then went to Install new font and chose MarioLuigi2. It then just does the whole thinking thing forever and the font never installs, any advice on how to fix this? I need it for a signature I'm making on a site

Alright.. So I started hanging out with this girl thats a straight A student and mostly AP classes, is one of the best atheletes in her school, and is just a rad person overall... Now I can tell that she likes me but I found something out that scares me... See I like her alot but she told me that 2 months ago she attempted suicide by ODing on sleeping medicine... She says that nothing is wrong except that her brain just gets her really depressed and is on medication and goes to a psychiatrist...I like this girl alot but I think if I get too close to her it might be asking to get hurt... She is not a wierd goth or anything, she seems like a perfectly normal happy funny person... What do I do?
