I just got back from college and while I was there, my trainer allowed me to borrow one of her saddle pads. It worked WONDERS for my horse and I and so I'm trying to find one myself but I can't find it anywhere!!

It just a very simple, oval-shaped pad that you put under the back of the saddle and it makes the saddle more level on the horse's back. I know for a fact it's from Dover Saddlery but when I looked on the site, I couldn't find it.

Does anyone know where I could find one or even what I"m talking about?

I'm planning to lease out my horse during my first year of college so I can adjust to college life. I have a potential leasee and I'm in the midst of drawing up the contract. The only part I've gotten stuck on is what happens if the horse goes lame during the lease period?

My parents and I were thinking that if he is out of commission for longer than two weeks, the leasee won't be charged until he can be ridden again. Does this sound fair?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I just took over my barn's Cloverbud Club and I'm having trouble coming up with interesting topics to teach my kids. We have all ready covered: Grooming, tacking, parts of the horse, parts of the tack, showmanship, and feeding. I was thinking maybe colors and breeds?

Any ideas?

My friend and I have this argument going on about which is better.

I rode three horses in one day and walked around from 9 am to 3 pm.

I've been dating my current boyfriend for three months. We fit each other so incredibly well with so much chemstry and I wear his class ring around my neck 24/7. Then I started my first job. I met this really great guy who's a year older than me and I can't help but think that there may be something between us. Whenever I'm around him he always keeps me smiling and is always touching me. (my arm, my stomach, my back), but I also noticed that he's this way with other girls but it doesn't seem to happen as much with them.

Am I jumping to conclusions in thinking theres something there?
