This is a question to white people with Dreads or Locs or who would like to. Why?

From the few I've found answers from on the internets it seems like it is to be different or to filter out certain people. But why when one could use color or cut to do the same thing? Why dreads? It is not more natural for most white hair types. It does not seem easier to manage. So why? Just wondering

Which would you purchase?

For me it's my amazing guy friends, who are amazing to their girlfriends and prospects. (and can also admit that men are emotionally incompetent)

Is it me or do the happy in Love people just make you want to scream sometimes?

After going through all that we do to find another to share life with, (even just to share a dinner with or have a relationship more than a friendship) and failing (sometimes miserably)

How do we keep from being bitter?

I have been bitter (not at the moment), but it's smething I have to constantly work against. What do you do to "keep hope alive," and not just say "All men/women are evil, forget the whole thing"?

What did the books have, but the movies didn't that really rubbed you the wrong way.

EG- It really annoyed me that the Sorting Hat didn't sing in the first movie. Also that we didn't get to see Vilas in Goblet of Fire, but the fact that they did sing the Hogwarts song in 4, redeemed it a bit in my eyes. (I had missed that in 1 too).

Realising that God is actually niether male nor female and encompases both male and female. Why do people tend to refer to God as Him? Why not Her?

Is it really better to have loved and lost than never loved at all?

I recieved alot of short answers from those who didn't seem to have a reason for saying yes or experince in losing in love. So for those of us who have lost out at some point. Is it really better? I admit that I have learned important lessons, but I don't think I'm actually better off than before.

Do you really believe this?

It seems once you're greater than a C nothing really supports. Anyone know something (preferably not extremely unreasonable)

It seems to me from both observation and a bit of experince that females tend to fall harder in love and continue when very little hope is left. Whereas guys can just more or less move on. I know guys can "fall in love" (or atleast I know one guy who renews my faith in men), but guys seem to come out of it much better? Why is that?

I asked what the guys think, and apparently it has alot to do with us. So I figured I'd ask us.
