I accidentally went over my credit limit by $30, but I called and I increased my credit limit before the end of the month. Is that going to still hurt my credit score, or am I safe now?

I think nothing will be reported now especially that I increased the credit limit. I don’t know but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

I see a lot of students apply directly to the PhD engineering program without having a master's degree, and most of them are usually admitted. Some other students prefer getting their master's degree first before applying to the PhD. I have met some students who were actually admitted into the PhD program but they turned these offers down in order to get their master's first. What is the point of doing something like that? Is it better having MS and PhD than having only PhD?

I was planning to apply for grad schools and I'd love to know the difference between these two strategies. Is it really better to have your master's degree before applying to the PhD?

i've been trying to update avg but it always tells me connection failed. actually, my connection is perfect and i'm currently surfing the web without any problems. anyway i tried to update manually and go to avg.com but I couldnt. my computer lets me go to any website except for those that are related to the anti-viruses software programs.

i cant go to avg.com, avast.com, symantec.com, mcafee.com etc

once i try to do that, my web browser tells me "connection failed" it's like i'm not connected to the internet, but i'm connected and i can go to any other website that's not related to these common anti-viruses websites.

it sounds weird but, of course, i’m not lying here.

i can simply reinstall windows, but i need to know what's going on...

is that some kind of a new virus or what?

I'm currently a mechanical engineering student and i'm graduating this semester...

i was thinking of getting my master's degree in mechanical engineering, but someone else told me to get it in pharmaceutical engineering. He says that having a master in pharmaceutical engineering is much better than mechanical engineering because it's related to the production of drugs and medicines which is more money.

what do you guys think of that?

BS in mechanical engineering and MS in mechanical engineering
