So I do cardio every morning for 20 min. and then 20 every night. Then I alternate my weight lifting by days, monday maybe shoulders and legs, then Tuesday Arms and Back, Wednesday Chest arms, U get the point. Is working out like this helping me tone up? Should I do some yoga and pilates? Also every morning I have 3/4 cups Honey nut cheerios and an orange a cup of water, lunch a chicken cheese salad with chocolate milk, and dinner maybe chicken, noodles, broccoli and corn. Is this good and helping or should I kick it up?

Okay so I am turning 16 in November, I'm currenly single and I am trying to be abstinant until i am 18yrs. old even then i want to ait for a girl who i feel could potentially be my wife. but i go to a school where sex is like breathing, it's needed for every person to take a walk to the friggin gas station or store. I am a teeger so hormones, on top of being a Scorpio so sex to me is like water even though im being abstinant, how can I stay on my religious path and not fail?

I need some help pplz. I am African American and 16 my hair is naturally curling meaning when I get my hair wet and add grease it waves up close to curly. My thing is I want a edgy cool hairstyle but can't find any! So does anyone kno and good styles?? Also I have to got2b hair glue bottles, so some styles that I could use those. thx! =D

I need some feedback on this diet that I am doing. I will drink a protein morning shake for breakfast, then two hours a fruit snack, (oranges grapes whatever but a fruit) then lunch which would be my big meal, then a fruit snack two hours later, and then for dinner a protein shake, and some fruit, and lots of water. So could this work to help me lose 30 pounds in a month?

So I've been thinking about it and male singers only have good saling songs when they completely surrender themselves. I mean every song that people might like are songs when they want their girlfriend back, or are depressed, or are in love with someone....... why can't male singers have successful songs about being single, living the life, and forgetting about the ex????? or does those b*tchy lovey dovey love songs sell more than strong single man living the life songs.

So I am trying to make a CD with me and my uncle. He has all the equipment and everything i need, but im now focusing on lyrics and my unique sound, so i've been thinking a mix of rock, hiphop, and r&B, kinda like the singer Kelis, but with more r&b soul....... do u think this type of sound is a good one, or that i should try something different?

I am an only child and everyone i know from friends, to cousins are always roughly arguing with their brother and sisters. Pplz really don't realize how good they have it with a brother or sister, i have no one. Do you tak your brothers and sisters for granted?

Okay so I am 16 and way around 186-190. I don't really look so big because im tall (5 feet around 6 or 7 inches). Spring break and the summer time is coming up so I want a good diet and excercise regiment to help me lose weight. If this helps I can jog 5 and a half mile per hours, run on treadmill 30 to 55 minutes at least three times out a week, and does weightlifting every now and again........ Help!!!!
