I have a ball python which I have had for 7 years. She only eats live rats so I buy her a medium rat when she is ready to eat. In the last 4 months I have had 9 rats die within just a few days of bringing them home! They are medium size which rules out old age, they were from 3 different pet stores, none had any signs of sickness what so ever. Once I bought two at one time and the next day they were BOTH dead! They are in a well ventilated aquarium, not near the sun, not in the cold, they had water and food(cat&dog food,veg,pellets) I clean the aquarium with a mild bleach solution, the substrate is a papertowel lined bottom. So what is the deal? I thought maybe carbon monoxide but I have 2 cats and a dog who are healthy, I have no health problems or headaches. In the entire 7 years of buying rats-I have never had one die until now! I have to literally buy a rat and feed it to my snake the second I come home or I just end up wasting my money on a soon dead rat. Any ideas? I am stumped.

I am taking a road trip begining in Arizona, going through Colorado and ending up in Wyoming. Does anyone have any suggestions on must see stops and lodgings? I have 2 cats that I have had for 3 years. Recently my boyfriends parents moved-leaving their lab mix behind and told us if you want him take him. We feel awful for the poor guy so we decided to bring him home. The dog has never been around cats in a home setting and I suspect he has chased cats before. Both my cats seem to be ok with the dog-one actually loves dogs. The dogs looks like he wants to go for the cats but he minds really well and trys hard to be good. You can tell if I wasn't there he would love to make them into chew toys so I keep him on a leash in the house and watch him like a hawk. This is getting tiresome though and I am wondering will he ever get along with them to the point I can trust him to be alone with them or not to attack them at all? Has anyone ever had any success or knowledge of this sort of thing? Suggestions very appreciated ") Oh & I should mention-I can't just put him in the backyard, I live in a REALLY hot city so he has to be inside part of the time.

I have a roomate who uses my computer. I have asked him to PLEASE not use my computer to visit porn sites because previously he did and my computer crashed. I went and got everything up and running after spending my hard earned money to fix this problem. We now have an agreement that he will not do this again. Recently I have noticed when I check his history (I am the administrator-he uses the guest account on my computer) There is no entries for days I know he was on, or there are gaps in the days. How can I find and remove a possible history blocker? I am really not that familiar with what different applications should be running or look like when I pull up my system applications. Any help would be most appreciated, I don't want to have my computer comprimised with this kind of stuff and want to remove it pronto! Thanks!
