I know there are many people constantly checked their past answers (because I was :) ) and voted himself/herself to boost up points. Should yahoo disable people from voting his/her own answers and let others pick the best one instead?

Ok there was one time that I heard a little girl cry outside of my window but nobody was there. I also often heard cats cried that sounded like babies' cry. When I was alone, I could hear someone was moving the dining chair, walking steps, and sometimes running down/upstair. Have you experienced something like this in your life? If you do, what did you hear?

Okay... Here is the case. I have a friend who bought a puppy and raised her with love for a few years before a pair or baby cats took over her place. Since it's common sense that dog and cat are naturally don't get along together, my friend put this dog outside. I always feel sad and bad whenever I saw her shivering in the cold and she always tried to rush into the building when I went home so I have to push her away because of the cats and the houseowner. So what should I do to comfort this dog? I was thinking to buy something but I don't want to make the owner feel bad about it. So what's your suggestion?

I am pretty much a newcomer in stock investing. If I am not mistaken, right now U.S are still under the bear market. So should I start investing on current market or should I find other countries's stocks which have bull market? I personally have no idea what're the advantages and disadvantages of bull or bear market so please enlighten my curiosity thanks.

Would you stare at her/him through rear mirror until she/he notice you? Would you wave at him/her? Would you get down the car and ask him/her for a cup of coffee? Let me know what'll you do thanks. :)
