My friend intends to start a business of buying second hand books. Is buying and selling second hand books illegal in India ? Could you point me to some links which describe this.

I bought a second hand bike (Bajaj pulsar 150 CC non DTS, 2003 model) for 26,600. The effective cost was 31,700 including registration, insurance, servicing and commission. I am not sure whether the deal is good. The mileage before servicing is 34 kmpl. Bike looks good.

I would be staying at Schenectady, NY for a period of two months. I know that the Indian Car driving license is permitted here. But I have an Indian license to drive a light motor vehicle (moped) upto 50 cc. Can I use that same license to drive here? I heard that the rules for the driving license for bikes/ mopeds are different. I would really like to have a means of transportation to visit this beautiful country.

Other suggestions are also welcome.

I need to but it immediately as I would be leaving for my hometown soon..

right now I have an acoustic guitar and I want to upgrade to an electric guitar. I have a Guitar Processor that I have been using with an electric guitar with pickup.. I thought that I could play that funky guitar stuff on the acoustic guitar.. It doesnt sound that good..
