  • Can't open Quickbooks 2007 - Why does this happen?

I have tried most of the suggestions from Quickbooks community and Intuit website, I have one left to try, which is uninstall and re-install and get a new registry file (I think). I am so afraid I will lose my data. Here's what I did try: Restoring system back to Nov 1. - did not happen. Downloading software patches/updates. Reloaded Turbo Tax 2006 because after I uninstalled it, is when Quickbooks stopped opening. Any suggestions?

  • Instant Powder Dry Milk Does it spoil?

I was thinking of using instant dry powder milk instead of buying it at the store since I throw more milk away than I use.

I currently buy skim milk. Does instant milk taste similar? Does it spoil, if so approximately how long?

  • Interview with depreciation questions. Help me calculate.?

I had a phone interview yesterday for an accounting position with several duties, one duty is fixed asset accounting. My depreciation knowledge is textbook only. The interviewer asked - name five forms of depreciation. I named straight-line, sum of the year digits, MACRS, double declining balance, weighted average. I have an in person interview Friday with more in-depth testing and I am pretty sure there will be a depreciation question. I want to focus on MACRS as that is more common. What would be a common test question, what will I need to answer it (probably a table will be provided) and how do I calculate? Please provide steps. Thanks!
