The low down

Canadian citizen with current canadian passport and current I-94 in it

Married to US citizen and marriage certificate states my new last name as husbands last name (yes all is legal)

All of my identification currently has my maiden name because no one will help me start the process. Let me explain further.

Social Security Office will NOT channge my name because they require a drivers license, or employee ID, or passport with my married name printed on it.

DMV, Passport Canada, or my employer will NOT change my name unless they see it printed on my social security card. please refer to above.

Green card forms also ask for identification. I'm guessing with my married name. If I choose to go by that

How do I go about this when there is absolutley no where to start?

Also it turns out that on marriage certificate they put my maiden name as my "middle name" and husbands name as my last name.

Should I go to the county clerk's office and change it to the hyphenated last name that I wanted?

Someone at Passport Canada I spoke with stated that Canada "might" accept a municipal card like a library card with my married name on it at a form of ID. But looking on the library website, they require something printed in my married name as well. I can't win!!

I need to renew my Canadian passport ASAP because i want to work on my green card application.

Would it be easier to just keep my maiden name for now, and still have the marriage certificate state my last name as my husbands?

Someone please help me??? I have a huge headache!

so does that mean I can put in 3% and the company will match it 3% as well to make a maximum of 6%????

or can I make a contribution of 6% and they will match that 6% making a total of 12%??

I don't mind physical activity. I jog/walk/run/ or dance 3-4 times a week but I just don't know how to lower my caloric intake when the food is sooooo good???!!!????

I have been trying to figure out what this commercial is for months now....... here's how it goes

2 guys appear to be getting ready to scale a mountain/cliff, adjusting ropes around them and what not.

the first guy hangs onto to the rope tightly and the second guy makes a huge leap............ the camera pans out and they're really on a house roof.......... the 2nd guy hits the side of the house and the 1st guy goes flying off the roof!! hilarious!!!!

then the message was something like , life takes unexpected turns or something like that.

how do I get over my bug phobia?????

I periodically find these gross bugs in my new apartment. Everything was remodelled and the carpet is brand new. I keep things pretty clean and I vacuum once a week. I don't have an infestation by any means but seeing these bugs, maybe 1 or 2 every 2 weeks is making me a little anxious.

Anyways i want to find out what those bugs are and how to keep them away or exterminate them.

they are about 1.5 to 2cm (1/2 to 3/4 inch) long, dark brown black in colour, it's elongated and it's tail is forked..it's also very flexible and does't appear all that "crunchy"

I know that isn't all that good of a description but can anyone help me???

How do prevent sweating so much when I go dancing???? Not axillary, I got antiperspirant/deodorant for that. But for my forehead? I use F.Y.I. by Benefit to prevent my eye shadow from running..... works wonders!!!! anyhoo, anyone have any advice?
