I've been working out for the past month, hitting the gym up three times a week. Motivation and dedication isn't an issue, but I don't know some basics.

For example, a friend recently told me to eat some low-fat protein like greek yogurt or cold-cuts after a workout to increase muscle. Does anyone have any basic, easy and helpful advice like this?

I'm trying to get into better shape, so what are your tips? Any special food or diet that you particularly like? An exercise people overlook?

Anything specific and small tips would be great. I've been working out and dieting for the past month or so, and while it's going good, it could always go better.

As many answers as possible hopefully, as varied and general as you can think. Abstract is cool too, specific is swag, and swag is my favorite word.

What do you believe on either a large or small scale that few others do?

For example: I believe that honey should go on french fries mixed with ketchup. I believe this firmly.

You know, just generally. I heard there's politics. What are those like? God: are you pro or against?

Try to keep this as broad as possible. Hopefully from this jumping point I can hear a lot of varied ideas from interesting people.

Why can't that d*** cat stop eating! Is he crazy? Is he some sort of crazy monster cat and he opens his mouth and it all zooms in there.

Hey internet,

I want to make a website. I don't know much or anything about internet stuff, although I can manage a Tumblr or Wordpress blog. I'm not completely inept.

But those blogs won't let me keep a substantial portion of profits earned from advertisements, which I fully intend to get.

Keeping in mind my tech limitations, what template/blog/resource would you recommend for making a text heavy but generally minimalist (nothing too fancy, just articles and tabs for searching) would you recommend?
