i recently got a Barclay's credit card with a £6000 limit on the card, but on the Application i put the wrong date of birth on it but did not realise that i had done this, they have just rang me up asking fort the correct date of birth,

but i have been thinking that they should not have authorised or set up an account in my name,

what should i do??

i have heard about credit cards writing off debts because of the wrong details on an Application

could this be the case .

i resigned with ulster bank(RBS) after 2 years in a variable deal, i am now in a 2 year fixed deal @ 5.75% paying £736 on £112000, 5 days after i signed, they dropped the rate by 1% than a further 1.5% and more rate drops followed. i order to get out of this deal their is a 3% penalty for pulling out.. i need out of this deal can anyone help???

was watching a movie, on wmp, then audio and visual messed up, i opened task manager, performance tab, and the 2 boxes showing my CPU usage was going fast as fuc, up and down then everything slowed down, the fan was spinning wildly....

had to switch the computer off.. and it started working fine.

i have since run a virus sweep and it is all clear..

has anyone ever experienced this..

they take the money directly out of my bank account and then hold on to it for up to 14 days before passing it on, saying that they are waiting on it clearing.. is this some kind of scam??

she hates spiders, daddy log legs, flys and all other manner of creepy crawlies, she cannot have them at all, and has my head wrecked chasing bugs around the house all night.

i have paid for a solicitor and paid for evaluation and set up fee's for my mortgage, in total it is costing me £1,920. now they have told me they are selling to someone else for £10,000 more, they never signed to commit to a sale, but i did, all this after 2 months..

where do i stand on this legally, i am down £1,920 in fee's and costs, is there anyway to recoup the costs?
