I had a home warranty program from Broward in Florida. Their service repair people actually work for Broward. But my exerience is they don't know what they are doing overall. When the compressor went out on my A/C, they replaced it but I have talked to other people who said that their companies replaced the A/C when a compressor went out.

I just had a company come out and look at my A/C to do routine maintenance. The company does not do home warranty work so they are neutral on the subject. The technician told me that the A/C should have been replaced.

The technician said that he goes to a lot of homes and hears a lot of comments but that he has never heard any bad comments about Home Buyers Protection by First American.

If you have any personal experience with either American Home Shield or Home Buyers Protection, I hope you will share the details.

I would like to have my spider veins removed but I do not know anyone who has had it done. I am concerned that it will be an ongoing process; in other words, the spider veins will return and I will have to have them removed again.

So, I am interested in your experience and in knowing if it was painful and if you had them return.

I am trying to secure a call center management or sales management interview with Retriever Payment Systems. HR has my resume and a cover letter. Calls to HR have yielded the standard reply that if someone is interested in me they will call.

However, I suspect that because I have had so very many jobs since moving to Houston, that HR didn't pass my resume on or a manager doesn't want to take a chance on me, which I understand.

What they don't know is why I have had so many jobs and that except for the company that closed, I quit, and for good reasons.

With two of the companies I couldn't make a living let alone their 'estimates', one company did not produce a quality product so too much time was spend on damage control, I was recruited from one company to another with growth opportunities and was promoted to management within the same corporation but differnet companies (its the one that closed).

Hence my search for a quality company which is RPS's reputation.

I am a fantastic 'hunter' who really enjoys the 'hunt' and 'the close' in addition to uncovering new opportunities with established customers/clients. The relationships I establish last; people remember me even if they haven't seen me for a couple of years.

I want a reputable company that produces a superior product and delivers it on time and budget under normal circustances. In addition, a company that practices customer service is key.

I need to lose 50 pounds and have no discipline. It occurred to me that if I could buy food already prepared, avoid the grocery story I might have a better chance.

They need to be in full sun. What happens if they aren't in full sun all the time or only 80% of the day?
