I am seeking serious advice. How should I punish her. I know she is growing up and all, but I am more upset with the lies and betrayal. I am not over protective of her....now I don't know what to do or how to act, because perhaps I was too lenient. Oh...what to do....

I have a BS in clinical psych, will soon be a NREMT-I and am thinking of changing careers. I currently work as an accountant for the federal government, but really want to get into health care. My boyfriend hooked up his ex, who just happens to be his first (they both took each other's virginity, up with one of the guys from our Fire Company. I am upset, because although he says it won't bother him, I believe it is going to get to him when he sees the two of them together. In my opinion, it will stir up old emotions and it can cause problems between us. He doesn't see it this way. What can I, or should I, do?

I am currently married to a wonderful man. I love him and he loves me. We get along well....EXCEPT for when it comes to his children. He has 3 children and I have 2. His children have always had behavioral problems. They visit therapists weekly and we are working with them as much as we can. However, two of the three are simply out of control. His daughter is completely disrespectful to me, and his son has fits of rage. I need to add that the "mother" is in and out of the picture. She visits with her children only when it is convenient for her. This seems to contribute to the childrens behavior problems. The problem is...I simply can't stand his kids. I have tried and tried to treat them like my own, but I always end up frustrated and feeling horrible about the way I feel for them. Lately the problems at home have gotten so bad, I don't even want to go home. What can I do? I hate feeling the way I do, but I don't know how to change it. Am I headed for divorce?

I "sold" my house to an investor in 2006. I was verbally told that the house would be "re-financed" within 2 years. However, since the market has taken a turn for the worse, and I believe the people in the home are having trouble refinancing. I was assured by the investor that all payments would be made on time. I have received no late pays to date. However, I recieved a call from my mortgage company stating that this months payment is already 10 days past due. I am getting really concerned. I am planning on contacting an attorney in the morning, but wondered if any of you have had any similar dealings. I just wonder what my rights are and if I am protected in any way incase the investor defaults on our deal.

My boyfriend went in for a physical this morning...after we had sex not even 2 hours prior and told me he was shocked when a young hot chick came in to do his exam. He said he expected some old woman to come in do the exam. He says this is every mans fear. My daughter is hosting an end of summer "party" at a public park. We have rented a pavillion and will have access to electric. I am at a loss for what to do to keep these children entertained. I am a 34 yo female who is in a relationship with a 23 yo male virgin. I know we have a huge age difference, but you really wouldn't be able to tell if you saw us together. He is very mature for his age, and I am basically a kid. :-) I don't want to pressure him to give up his beliefs (waiting until marraige), but I am very frustrated.
