My manual blood pressure cuff wont inflate when I pump it up and the deflater twisty bit (I dont know what that bit is called, sorry) is stuck and wont twist. Anybody know how to fix it or if theres a company in Northern Ireland that would service it?

Somebody please tell me theres a way I can delete them all at once! I have the phone set to delete them after 15 days (would like it to delete sooner but there's no setting), but I don't think it's ever removed any messages, I've had it since January this year and is running so slowly so decided to delete them individidually and it's taking hours!

I never had a problem with my weight until I had treatment for an over-active thyroid gland. I had radioactive iodine which killed it dead. At the time they went through the side effects but never mentioned that I'd put on nearly 2 stone in a month but that's what happened. Yes I know the best way to lose weight is exercise and healthy eating and that's what I do but I can't get it shifted. Does anyone know if it is possible to kick start your thyroid working again??
