I want to go on a retreat so I have some space to assess some problems in my life but I would like it to be non-religious, the only ones I can find are Christian or Budhist. Does anyone know any organisations for non-religious UK retreats?

does anyone have any reliable statistics on the length of time people (particularly young people 16-25) have self harmed before seeking help or someone else reporting their behaviour.

it needs to be stats for the uk ideally, references or website links would be really useful

when did the tradition start?

who is mike skinner singing about in 'when you wasnt famous'? he says they taught him alot about being famous, he would be laughed at if people knew they were going out, and this person has kiddie appeal and appears on CDUK

they talked about it on chris moyles, but wouldnt say who it is

i want too loose about 2stone and get back to my wieght before i was diognosed, is there any reason why this wont happen with normal levels (achieved through medication). i have a healthy diet, lots of fresh fruit and veg, and excercise 3/4 times p/w, but i still cant seem to loose weight. any advice would be appriciated, anything that has worked for you>? i have heard coconut oil is good.
