 recieveing my daughters new white 9800 blackberry from ebay couldnt get nothing to work on here once i payed to get it unlocked from vodaphone to orange. Contacted orange where they said the phones ok and all connected etc, then was put through to blackberry themselves after doing various tests etc after an hr to be told the phone in blacklisted (stolen), cant believe it. Just opened a case with ebay after being advised from ebay. Seller email me saying he wont be refunding not admitting its stolen but saying that i won win the case as i got the phone unlocked, the phone didnt even work with messages etc bsfore it was unlocked. Will i win this case do u think !

I sold 2 items on ebay but i got there addresses mixed up and sent them the opposite tops ! i have contacted both ladys about the mix up, one lady sent me the top straight back to resend and she didnt even ask for the postage but i did refund her, the other lady wanted a refund straight and away and also postage to send the top back, well 1 wks later still havent recieved nothing ! I have emailed her 3 times and havent heard nothing ! What should i do as the other lady still wants her top once i recieve it back ! I do suffer my labyrinthtis so my head was very bad that wk.
