I noticed that with the new yahoo Messenger 9.0, when a person logs off, the faint shadow of the profile picture remains for a little while. What does this mean? And why does it happen?

Had this wierd Dream two nights ago.

It was rather strange, it bothered me so.

I hardly ever dream, don’t really even sleep.

So this short story, for me, goes really deep.

I would like u to read carefully and tell me what u think of it.

I have tried without any luck, so hope u can interpret.

[There's a huge storm coming and i'm standing in the middle of nowhere

I didn’t know what i was doing there, and i didn’t seem to care.

I begin to hear a voice yelling some sort of warning at me

It was a familiar voice, yet i can’t recall if it was a he or a she.

My cell phone begins to ring, and now i'm thinking

Who's this person yelling at me, and why's my phone ringing?

The rain is pouring now, and violently so

I'm thinking (what do i do, where do i go)?

I'm getting all soaked through and shivering cold

(Now all i'm needing is someone to hold)

Then, i remember that i had to answer my noisy phone

I would ask the person, "which way home" and why i was all alone?

Suddenly,the rain stops and i see my home up ahead

There's that same voice beckoning me to come home to bed

The voice was soothing and i followed the familiar sound

Soon i was in my room and in my pjs (i found).

Don’t remember what happened after that

But i woke up with a strange feeling in my heart.

I'm still lost as to what this dream was/is all about.

Would really appreciate it if u could help me out.

Why cant people be straight with u? It's so annoying when they make out to be one thing this minute, and another the next minute.

This very nerdy boring guy i know with thick glasses shows up at a party all hyped up and the centre of the ball. He was fun, tallkative, and a chick magnet. It was like Clark Kent turned Superman. What's that all about?

Does he have a split personality or something?

Ok, who has seen the Movie Pathfinder? I actually expected more from that movie and i thot it lacked a very good plot. There wasnt much to it and was rather empty. But the worst thing about it is, why the Dead pathfinder's daughter had to be the next Pathfinder? He did say he was looking for another before he died and could have chosen his daughter if he thot she was right for it. And if i'm not mistaken, he did clearly state that the main character/hero in the movie should take his path. Why wasnt the main character the next Pathfinder?

For the Fun of it, i asked a question about whether people thot it was true love or infatuation becos i was going crazy for the Character 'Dr Shepherd' in Grey's Anatomy(played by Patrick Dempsey). But this Michael guy chose to insult me by calling me a 13 yr old and that they shouldnt allow such underage people on here to basically cause a nuisance.

I got back to him, asking if my question was that bad...and informing him that i was way older than 13. He replied by saying that i sound like a Fu**** Moron. Shocked, i asked him what about my question had provoked such insults from him to me. He replied that i was one of the stupid people in the world and he wished we could all be sterilized so we wouldnt reproduce.

Apart from posing some serious questions up here sometimes, it's nice to be fun and interesting with the aim to amuse people and make them laugh. So his reaction to my innocent and impersonal question hurt me greatly.

Now, here comes the question...

I think i might have fallen for Dr Shepherd in Grey's Anatomy. Or is it just Infatuation?

And i don't mean Patrick Dempsey, the guy that plays Dr Shepherd...i mean Dr shepherd the Character. I want him bad.

Why do i always want the impossible?

I dont know...i think it takes a lot to impress me. I dont know if many things can. I've been told that i'm a tough nut to crack. Am i really?

I'd like a few suggestions of something that would woaw me. Nothing Cheesy or sarcastic folks(unless all u want is the two points).....cos i gurantee that that would be a huge turn off.

I met this Heart Surgeon yesterday at a dinner party last night. Yes, he's gorgeous, yes he drives a porshe, yes he owns this marvelous condo with a great view(he says) and has women drooling all over him. I could have been impressed if he wasnt so into himself.

Anyways, he kept chatting me up all evening and i tried to give him the cold shoulder. He asked for my phone number and i refused. But he then scribbles his number on my napkin and says he gives me 3 days to call him...and added that he was quite sure i would call within 2.

Now, is that arrogance or what?

Just curious.

And if u havent learnt...what's keeping u?

I mean. doesnt it have to be way over the top? Like a total face lift? Kinda like Face Off?

Is it just me, or was the Scene in Die hard 4 where John(Bruce Willis) was driving a truck on the Bridge(as it fell apart) while being pursued and targetted by a Fighter Jet(F something) a little too ludicrous?

That seemed like something possible only in a cartoon and almost ruined the movie for me.

What are ur thoughts?

On Sky News the other day, some guy was called on to give reviews on diffferent News Paper headlines and said that there are so many explanantions as to how little Maddy's blood could have gotten into the McCanns rented car in Portugal 5 weeks after she went missing.

I thought that was a ridiculous thing to say, but maybe i am wrong. Could someone give me any other reason apart from the already obvious speculation and prove the silly guy right?

My brother and i were united with childhood friends recently. We all met up again after so long at a Dinner my Mum threw. My brother seems to like the Girl...and i think her brother is quite a catch.

Now...just wondering...is it proper...i'm just wondering now.....if a brother and sister from one Family can date a sister and brother from another Family. If the answer is NO...then how can we sort out this dillemma. Granted, my brother is older than me...but he has a girlfriend at present, and i'm Single.
