I have a hand held Logan cutter and no matter what technique I try it still wobbles especially at the start of the cut. I can't afford the matching ruler attachment has anyone to any tips on how to use it.

Ihave a hardy, but old gelding who has always worn a heavy turnout rug in winter and then just came in to quite a cool stable still wearing his rug at night. I now have a new mare who definately has a lot of TB in her. I will also have newly built stables. If i put on a heavyeight turn out rug during the day, will i need to take this off when i bring her in at night. Will I need to put on a stable rug instead? Can anyone please advise. She will not be brought in till mid November.

I want to connect my dvr to my broadband hub without wires. I can connect it with an Ethernet cable but would rather do it wirelessly. There is no usb port in the dvr. Can anyone tell me what type of connection do I need?

Big question. what powers the key pad for entrance and how does this key pad communicate with the gate mechanism to open it. what additional wiring do i need.

b) Use menu on DVR to assign internal IP and gateway and port number

c) If possible, use port 80, other ports can be used but please make note

d) If port 80 not used, add port to end of IP or Internet Name, e.g. :8080

e) Set router to forward chosen port to internal IP address of DVR

f) Example, virtual server/service, route port 80 to 192.168.1.10

g) Internet Name assigns static name if you have a dynamic IP address

h) Internet Name is free, set up a Dynamic DNS Host on www.dyndns.org

can anyone help. In particular with which leads go where. My wireless modem is in another room so I no i need to plug a wire from the back of my dvr into the woreless modem. What them?

at each camera point. A black one and a white one. They are quite thin wires. I think one my be a power supply and the other a video cable. All 6 cable come out of the wall at our tv. I need help working out what the wires are. Is one a 12v supply for the camera. If that is correct it should be amater of plugging both wires into the camera and the other ends into the 4 ch DVR. Can anyone help.

so I can view the pictures from the cctv camera on the internet. I can't plug the DVR into the phone connection in the wall as our broadband signal is so weak it only works from the master socket and then only when it has another connection. So what do i need to plug in the back of my DVR to be able to get the information to my wireless modem and on to the internet?

I have the router set up and it can access the internet only when connect to my computer with a ethernet cable. So internet access is fine. The light for DSL, internet, wireless and ethernet are all green. The USB adapter locates a wireless network and shows excellent strangth. I just cannot get it to link to the router and obviously then i can't connect wirelessly to the internet.

The guy in the store swore it was just a matter of installing the software and plugging it in!!!! I am a sucker but please help. Totally incompetant with technology.

I have this type of router. There is no problem with my usb wireless thing in my computer finding the 2wire modem the problem is configuring the modem. I have computer as normal and my 2wire router connected to my computer with an ethernet cable. This is recognised by the modem. My old wire modem is connected to the phone line and then to my computer via a usb connection. I cannot put the phone line from my new 2wire modem into the master socket as i need to connect to the internet to configure it and it will not allow me to connect. The only way i can connect to the internet is with my old wire modem but i need to connect my new modem to configure it. I have no installation CD.

I have read about typing number into the adress bar in other answers but they all come back as page not available so to does the link from the 2wire website.

I can't install my new wireless modem until i can access these sites to configure it and i can't access the site via my new modem. help

after about 10 minutes it will start again and drive for a few minutes. I have replaced the battery i have no idea what is wrong anyone got any ideas?
