I lost my job last September. Since gaining a supply based job just before Easter I have been having nightmares about everything that happened within my old job. I have had cbt since loosing my job to help me come to terms with that and tried some of the techniques I learnt through this but that hasn't made a difference.

We have had 3 die in the last 48hrs. Is there anything we can buy to stop this happening? We have tested the water levels and they are all ok.

The other year i had problems at work which made me loose any confidence and self esteem i had. since this was resolved anytime i have brought my confidence and self esteem up to a certain level i cant get them any higher because something small will happen and it is enough to make me loose the confidence and self esteem i had built up again. are there any tips to help me increase my confidence and self esteem to levels where it shouldn't drop again?

I have just got a Samsung laptop (Windows 7) and I am trying to download office 2010 (which i paid for at time of purchase). everytime i try my laptop tells me to deleate all cookies which i have done now 5 times with no luck. can anyone help me try and download it?

I started physiotherapy on my knee last week and since starting the exercises it is more painful I have been doing them as recommended (2-3 times a day)

For the last 2 months I have been waking up numerous times a night with a stuffed up nose. I suffer fron Hayfever and Asthma normally but this has never happened before

My period is 3 weeks late. I have not had any sexual activity and Iv'e been having regular periods for 10 years. Is there any reason it could be this late? I havent lost any weight or been in a stressful situation recently

I used to suffer with major depresson but recovered from it after a year of tablets and therapies. I now have the occasional episode where i am really down and feel like self harming. Why?

I work very closly with 6 people and 3 of them are funny around me - stop talking when im around, whispering on breaks and leaving me out of conversations.

I got 2 new gold fish this morning (12noon) and they are still hiding at the bottom of my tank (9pm). I have tried feeding them but they didnt go to the surface - they ate as the feed sunk to the bottom.

I did a 50% water change this morning and as soon as I finished my Fish died. I had put 'Tap Safe' in the water and left it overnight to settle.

I am moving house 10 miles down the road in a few weeks and I dont want to kill my goldfish - has anyone got any ideas how i can do this?
