My "boyfriend" told me he wants to change our "title" to "seeing each other". I have my own definition, but I need some advice. He basically explained that he wants to lower the expectations in such a way that we won't get mad at each other for anything because the expections we do have will be met. He still wants to be all affectionate and isn't wanting us to be "seeing other people." What is all comes down to for him is that he doesn't want me to get upset with him for things a boyfriend might do- like say he's going to come over and then not even call. (this has happened, and he said that he had fallen asleep. I'm 99% sure that that's really what happened). To me, I think this seems like he wants to be able to have me around if/when he wants me, but for me not to get mad if I can't have him around when I want him. Like he wants to be with me, and for me to be there for him, but he doesn't want to have to be there for me. I don't know... Can anyone explain this to me?

In the media these days, women truly are sex objects, and men are more openly piggish than ever. Hip hop lyrics and videos exploit and degrade women. Phone sex lines are now called "dating services," with commercials showing hot young women who seem eager to touch themselves- or a man. Now, women are sex slaves- they should dress, act, and shake their booty to get a man's attention; but they can't be promiscuous. Around any other men, she must be a lady, but in the bedroom, she should be a pornstar. The emphasis is still on the man's pleasure. Even with all this, he's still likely to use her, beat her, cheat on her, get her pregnant and leave her... Women have never been so openly disrespected, and yet you hardly hear anyone complaining. Why aren't we fighting this?

I need to get a restraining order against a live-in B/F- he's not on the lease, but he uses my second car to get to work. He's an abusive drug addict, and none of his family or friends will take him in, so he won't leave me alone. I'm extremely scared that he'll retailliate if I take away his home, transportation, not to mention my financial support (thousands in debt) because he spends his money on drugs- even the money he "gives" me for bills, he just steals back or threatens me to get it out of me. When he gets crazy or violent, I cannot call the police b/c he tears the phone cords out of the wall and snatches my cell phone. I'm scared to death of him! I have pictures of damage he's done to my apt (holes thru doors, busted bathroom lock, stained carpets from throwing the table around...), but it doesn't prove I'm in immediate danger to get the order. I succeeded in calling 911 once, he fled the scene, crashed his car, only got "disorderly conduct"- 911 heard everything tho!

I want it all the time! However, I'm not skankish, I've only been with 3 guys- all for at least a year. I won't cheat, or have one night stands. I won't do it in public or any REALLY freaky place. But, really. I WANT IT ALL THE TIME! I get physically agitated if I can't get it. It almost hurts.

he's depressed, lazy, and selfish... but I've tried most of the things you all said. I did the lingerie thing, I LOVE to go downtown on him unexpectedly (or expectedly), I give him massages- working my way to..., I've done the strip tease, etc. I even offered to "perform a selfless act on him" not asking for anything in return. He just sat there watching TV. I would say he's gay, but I know many gay guys and we don't think there's a chance. I am not unattractive or anything. HIS friends tell me all the time that they would love to get with me. They also told me that his only complaint about me in the bedroom is that he ends up sore (too tight). Why is that a problem?!!! HELP ME!
