  • Should I unfriend my bf on facebook or just deactivate my account?

My bf posted a comment on his friend's page about some old modeling photos a friend of his put up on her page.

He said "Hey Tiff! What do you charge for autographed glossies and do you mail internationally? ;-)"

I think he is being a passive-aggressive jerk because sent me a sms about a post on my page from an old friend of mine my bf was jealous of.

  • Plastic corner protectors on sofa/lounge suite...?

I just got a new modular sofa/lounge suite and it was delivered with those plastic things on the corners. Are they there to protect the corners and I leave them on? They are not affixed particularly well... Do I remove them? In all the home interior / design magazines I never seem them on the corner of the sofas so I'mnot sure... Cheers :-D

  • A question for REALLY tall men (over 6'4" or 195 cm) ONLY?

There is a guy I see all the time at my martial arts class. He is about 6'7" maybe taller. He is kind of cute but his height is really intimidating (I'm 5'7" or 170 cm)

My friend says that the rest of him is in proportion :-P e.g. like little people they have small limbs but "normal" size gentials.

Does this mean that really tall people have "normal" size gentials as well?

Or is he proportional to the rest of him?

I'm kind of scared to talk to him but he is always smiling at me so I think I should be nice and say "Hi". I'm sure he is probably self-conscious about his height and maybe his smiling is a way of breaking the ice...

  • Should I get rid of the petrol (gas) guzzling 4WD (SUV)?

Our family has a large Mitsubishi Pajero. It is a very large car. It now costs us over $100 Australian Dollars to fill up. We are thinking of getting rid of it. My husband can ride his bike to work or the bus. We live within walking distance of the primary school. The only problem is how to get our 10 year old to her private school (about 5 kilometers away) and how to get two of them to karate lessons 3 times a week. Other than that I think we would be happy without the car. The grocery store either delivers or is in walking distance.

What do you think? Should we get rid of the petrol (gas) guzzler and go green? Should we ride our bicylces and walk and bus it where we can and take taxis only when necessary? What other options are there for a family of 6 to get around?

  • This is for mother's of 3 or more kids....?

How do you get time for yourself? My kids always seem to want to be doing what I am doing. If I want to sculpt in clay they want to do it to. I honestly just want a few minutes to myself to recharge my batteries. School (holidays) vacations are the worst because they are always home and I never seem to get a break to do anything I want. Please help with some suggestions. BTW I don't have any family here to help and all of my friends have kids at home during school holidays too, so that isn't an option.

  • Who's right?

I reported my mother in law to the authorities for lying about her income. She was getting extra cash from my brother in law and sister in law for watching their kids (my niece and nephew). My husband says I was wrong to report her, even though she collects a government pension, it is up to her to accurately report her income, not me. For the record she never watches our kids and she never receives any money from us. Was I wrong to report her for breaking the law? Or is she wrong for lying about her income?

  • I need help driving from Canberra to Sydney on Thursday?

I want to drive to Sydney from Canberra to take my daughters to the zoo and aquarium. It's a long drive and I don't want to do it by myself. I'll pay for your entrance to the zoo and aquarium if you are willing to share in the driving.

  • Mother in law is psycho and stalking me plus hurting my daughters mentally?

My MIL is saying mean and hurtful things to my daughters. My oldest (10.5) has talked about suicide because her nanna doesn't love her. My MIL is constantly saying mean and hurtful things to my kids. She spends an inordinate amount of time with my niece and nephew and rubs in the face of my girls that she doesn't like them as much. My daughters attend the same school as my niece and nephew and every afternoon my MIL hunts me down to say mean things. I even park my car two blocks away from the school and she still finds me. She also stalks us in the shopping mall and says mean things. I have asked her to stop. My husband is afraid of confronting her because she is "mental". I have thought about getting a restraining order. What should we do?!? We can't afford to move.

  • Why do the skulls of mummies and ancient man seem to have straight teeth and modern man has crooked teeth?

When mummies or other remains of pre modern humans are shown on tv or displayed in museums how come they all seem to have straight teeth whereas most modern people seem to have crooked teeth? Are the teeth glued in straight in the remains?
