I live in a house basement apartment where the family above me has 5 indoor dogs, 1 rat terrier that barks at Everything and nothing and a beagle that barks because she is caged away from everyone to keep her from annoying the older dogs and keep her from chewing the furniture. I can't move due to financial reasons and don't want to start a lease b/c may move eventually with boyfriend for his job. The barking/whining/howling/crying is taking my sanity, and not so slowly. Will hypnotism work for this?
