How long do you feel soreness and a pulled hamstring after exercise? I exercised without warming up or anything on a tuesday but didn't feel symptoms till Friday Now I am hurting that it hurts to walk. Not all the time but sometimes. I am taking ibuprofen and resting it for now. it hurts all the way up to my thighs both legs but my right leg way more.
