I have charged with domestic violence I came home drunk and tried to throw my girlfriend out> I threw her clothes out in the yard and nudged out the door. thats when my mother showed up trying to get me to calm down or she would call police, well I didn't she did. I was taken and arrested. Although I didnt touch her and dont even remember what I did. Can I have charges stayed or dropped I am only 19 and feel so stupid. what are my opinions also I am aboriginal .

I know the childs parents and what kind of background she's from. It breaks my heart to think of her seperated from her sister, anyways I've been strongly thinking of trying to adopt her. I really want to have a baby, I'm 23 with my own home and have pretty much all I ever wanted. I am not really the monogamous type and have been considering asking my best guy friend to help me out, so to speak. I don't want anything from this person and it is someone I really care deeply for. I have no qualms about raising a child bymyself but if he wanted to be there that would be great but not really neccessary.
