Would it be better buy the house at once, or get a mortgage, pay interest to the bank, but at the same time, getting interest on the amount left. Assume equal rates you pay to a bank on a mortgage as you would if you left the money in the bank.

Hi! I just purchased a Dell Mini 9 today, with the only customization is maximized Ram, and a 8Gig hard drive, no accessories. The ship date is Dec 29th. There is a non-profit job that I am very interested in. I am suppose to give a salary requirement. I know what I would ask for if this was a corporation, but Non-Profits tend to pay less than its corporate equivalent. I am willing to work for less for my dream job.

So, do I give my salary requirement as if it was a business, or do I lower that number and by how much. I don't want to undersell myself, but I really want this job.

Hello! I am working on an arts and craft project that involves LED lights - essentially, I"m making one of those strands of decorative lights, but with only one light and one shade, that I am hoping to be able to hang up. I have the shade part figured out, but I don't know how to wire up the LED light to a battery and power switch to be able to hang it. I am looking for a good website devoted to wiring LED lights safely, and what parts I will need.

So my questions are:

Why is there two different cover types.

and

Has all the volumes of the second cover type been released yet? Amazon only goes up to 21.

If I mark I mark the package "Media Mail" and have proper postage, will I be able to send the package? I normally go to the post office for this, but I am wanting to save myself a trip.

My friend's 12 year old sister has a friend who has blond hair and blue eyes. Her mother is Korean. I didn't think that this is possible, because blond hair, blue eyes is recessive, and I'm pretty sure that these genes aren't found in the Korean population. Now the mother could be half Korean (my friend wasn't sure), which would make the blond haired, blue eyed child possible. But for the sake of this question, I'm assuming the mother is full Korean, and the kid wasn't adopted.
