  • Great videos that have been removed from YouTube ?

There used to be a hilarious video with Angelos Epithemiou being interviewed by Bob Mortimer on YouTube.  It’s not there anymore.  I assume that it’s been removed because the ‘woke’ society have objected.  Does anyone know where I can find it elsewhere on the internet?

    Thank you 🙏🏼

  • Where to watch Super Rugby online?

I used to watch Southern Hemisphere rugby union games on YouTube a few days after they were broadcast live. YouTube seemed to have stopped showing whole games though.

Does anyone know another site where you can see games? Not live, games that were played a few days before

  • Can the council force us to sell my Dads flat if he needs to go in to care?

The flat is worth 60K and was paid for by me and my brother BUT it is in his name.

He is in good health, but aged 79 and one day will probably need care.

  • Can you have a sand dune with an angle of repose greater than 45 degrees?

There are some really steep sand dunes where I ride my motocross bike. I reckon some of them are steeper than 45 degrees but I have friend believes dunes can never be steeper than 45 degrees.

  • How to contact Just Giving?

I have an account with Just Giving and I make regular donations to various charities. Recently I made a donation with the same credit card that I have registered with them. The amount was debited from my card and is shown on my statement as such, but I received an email from Just Giving saying that the card payment was rejected. I replied to the email challenging this but got an automatic response saying that I could not reply to that email address. They gave no alternative address to contact and there is no email or telephone number on the website. Does anyone know how to contact them. I really like the service they provide but it upsets me that I have donated money but it has not been delivered!

  • is halloumi cheese high in cholesterol?

I love cheese, but my doc tells me that I have high cholesterol and should lay off foods like cheese. I heard somewhere that halloumi cheese is at least lower in cholesterol than others. Is that true?

  • Have you played Call of Duty - is the age rating of 16 right?

My son wants to play Call of Duty on his PSP but it is rated 16 and he is only 9. I wouldn't let him watch a movie rated 16, but to me games don't seem to be nearly as potentially damaging to kids as movies. What do you think? Have you played the game - is it very gory? Do you have kids yourself that have played it?

  • What is this white crystal like substance?

You can buy it in the souks (markets) in the Middle East. It can be used as an underarm deodorant and as a kind of after shave. You put it in a little hot water and then rub the Crystal either under your arms or on your face. It is a fantastic cure for shaving rash, I have tried all kinds of balms and lotions but none come close to this stuff, it cures razor burn over night and prevents it from returning if you keep using it. Does anyone know what it is? What type of chemical compound it has and where it comes from?

  • Does the 'leper effect' wind you up?

I am sick to death of the pathetic, moaning majority that look down their noses at anyone who boderline drinks and drives.

Let me be clear, I am NOT advocating drink and driving. I do not think it is a good idea and I would not suggest anyone to do it. However I am extremely irritated by the moral high ground that a lot of people take when the subject comes up.

I can drive home from the pub after one pint of beer, i.e. well within the legal limit, safely and well within the law. If my wife drinks one pint of beer, again well within the legal limit, she would never get behind the wheel of a car because it makes her feel quite drunk.

So if I drink two pints of beer, putting me in a grey area as far as the law is concerned (because of not knowing the exact alcohol content of the beer, how quickly my blood will absorb the alcohol etc etc etc), and I drive home I know I am taking a risk. The risk I take is that of losing my license, not of being too drunk to drive, because 2 pints of beer does not make me drunk.

So if I drive home safely on two pints, but I get breathalysed I could be arrested. If my wife drives home on one pint, beathalysed or not, she will be fine.

Now I know the law, so if I did decide to drive on 2 pints it would be an informed decision (and quite probably not the right one).

What pi*** me off is the 'holier than though', who will still maintain that its ok for my wife to drive home with a pint in her, but not ok for me to with 2 in me.

The same people will potentially be far more dangerous drivers than I ever am because, while driving they pick their noses, or allow their kids to distract them, or fiddle with the radio, or drive when they are too tired, or ill, or emotionally compromised.

It's what I call the 'leper' effect that really gets me, this is when I argure that, in the above scenario, regardless of the law it is safer for me to drive than my wife, certain people will get a look of disgust on their faces and physically back away from me as though I am a carrier of leprosy.

  • Are Saudi men really that bad?

I don't mean all of them.

I mean the ones who won't let their daughters get married so they can pocket their salaries.

The ones who were responsible, when school girls were trying to escape a fire at their school, were beaten back in to the flames by men on the grounds that they could not come out of the school if a male relative was not there to collect them (it was more acceptable that they burnt to death).

The ones who rape and beat up their house maids.

The ones who refuse their female relatives medical treatment and prefer them to suffer in agony rather than be treated.

The ones pray at the mosque every day and proclaim themselves good muslims, then forcibly bugger their houseboys.

I mean none of that is that bad is it? Pretty standard behaviour all over the world right? Just normal guys having a bit fun right?

  • Will England Rugby Team beat South Africa this weekend?

Gave the Kiwis a run for their money, thrashed the Aussies, never looked like losing against Samoa, so what about the Springboks - surely England will run away with it?
