I'm a Passion Party consultant and I'm finding a lot of the main places don't want you to advertise because you have to pay for your starter kit. (Honestly you don't. If you have a party you can earn it.) But anyway, where are some places I could advertise. I'd like to advertise to do parties for people as well as get new consultants.

Serafina Serenity for a girl

Phoenix Gabriel for a boy

Those names have significant meanings to me but it's always in the back of my mind that kids can be SO mean. But they should be all right right? If I have a girl she could go by Sera and a boy could always go by Gabriel or Gabe right?

I go to college here in the area (Hampton Roads, in Virginia). Due to some family differences, I have about 58 days to move out. I want to be able to paint and make some changes to my new home. So I'm thinking a townhouse might be my best interest. Like renting to own? But how do I go about that? I know you can look up apartments and go through the rental process on your own, but can you do that with a townhouse or is it like a house where it's super hard to do on your own and your best bet is a realtor?

I'd like the three sentences listed below translated into any of the Romantic languages. Please state which language it is when you translate it if it's not glaringly obvious. Also don't use a translator site. Those mix and match verb tenses and I want this to be correct as it's for a tattoo. Which is permanent.

I'm less than a month away from 17, and I've always been interested in older guys (19-21). I love children and I have a lot of love to give.
