Hi, I am interested in buying a house that was recently damaged in fire. It lost part of its roof, and most of its interior walls were stripped to frame.

It's zillow value is 800K (assuming no damage), and its selling for 450K as a foreclosure. I have 125K that I can out toward the closing, but it seems to me that this kind of damaged house may not qualify for a regular loan. On top of that, I am not sure, how can I get a construction loan of about 100k to fix the house? Can anyone suggest a lender who can finance such a house and other lender that can give me a loan to fix it? I am planning to hire a licensed contractor to do the job. Thanks in advance.

Can I buy a lot in my city and put a factory manufactured house there for half the cost of buying a new house? How much will it cost to put together a 2000 Square feet prefab home?

well, I was reading the news of possible GM bankruptcy and thanks to yahoo related news, I looked at Spansion (world's largest flash memory manufacturer) with a yearly revenue of approx 2 billion dollars. They recently declared bankruptcy and now there Market cap is only 13M. That does not make sense. Can anyone explain how this market cap thing work for bankrupt companies?

I am still not sure, if they cover all major sites. Some of the sites covered were cars.com, craigslist, autotrader, etc. I was happy to see some sites I never thought of looking like myspace and fastauto...something

I saw a dirty SLK in the office parking lot. I decided to put "Wash me" on it using my finger on its windshield. As I was putting it, the guy who owned the car came and start shouting at me. He said, I can go to jail for this. I kinda got concerned that if you are touching someone's car, is that a crime? Or lets put it this way, does writing on someone's windshield using existing dirt, is that a crime?

When a user click on "submit" he can see where the data is coming from in the status bar. Is there any way of hiding or encrypting this information using javascript, etc. I am fine with displaying ip address instead of domain name.

I looked everywhere in stores like safeway, albertsons and only thing I found was sodium based salt. Where can I find potassium based salt? Is it available in medical stores? Why is it not easily available?
