Need to know what blank is and how to get it. Trying to help my niece with homework. Usually I see something like 2/4 = blank/6 but this one has a less than symbol ( < ) which is what is confusing me. Thanks.

My husband works in Georgia. We live in Alabama. We have no income from Alabama (GA only). So it says we owe Alabama 800 and we get a 600 refund from Georgia. Then it took that 600 and placed it over AL and says we still owe AL 200. Does that sound right? If it matters he made $26600.

Mainly does it mean we only pay $100 ONCE for ALL maternity visits including delivery? The rest that we pay is 20% of whatever is charged?

What I basically want to know:

1. What does it cover on maternity? Since it says "$100 copayment (first visit only)" does that mean it covers 100% on everything else or does it just cover the 80%?

2. Is a $1500 deductible high and what all will go toward the deductible (lab work, doctor visits, etc)?

3. What does out-of-pocket maximum mean?

I felt very dizzy all of a sudden and tired and I checked my blood pressure and heart rate and it was 112/54 with a pulse of 49. I have been told I have a heart condtion but have not yet followed up with it. My family doctor said it was SSS (sick sinus syndrome). Just curious if anyone else does this and what your diagnosis is/was? I regularly have a low pulse of less than 60 but usually my blood pressure stays 55-65 with occasional bouts of it being in the low 50s. I am not active or an athlete. I am slightly overweight but not more than 10-12 lbs.

I thought hubby paid it and he didn't so we spent the money and now don't have it to pay. Can we just make 2 payments the next time and late fees or will they cut it off or something?

I am starting a medical transcriptioning course at a college and I need a laptop to do basic work but this will include adding Microsoft Office/Word. Will I be able to buy one less than $1000 that will hold that? I am totally 100% clueless about laptops so I need all help you can give me. I will not be using my laptop for pictures or videos just coursework and personal use (using internet). What do you think? I just don't understand all the lingo of laptops.

So 1/2 cup sugar would be 387 calories. If I use 1/2 cup sugar in a whole gallon of tea the whole gallon would have 387 calories right since the actual tea bags and water used has zero calories? If that is right then if I drink 1/2 gallon of tea a day I would consume 193.5 calories per day. Is this right? I am going on a diet but I cannot live without my sweet tea and do not like the taste with artificial sweeteners so I need to know how many calories I would consume just from tea (it's the only thing I drink). I am only 28 years old. I have been diagnosed with a heart problem. The doctors aren't sure exactly what it is yet because I was 6 months pregnant when they found something was wrong and I couldn't complete all the necessary testing. I will be heading back to the cardiologist to complete the rest of the testing. So far my family doctor says he thinks it is sick sinus sydrome or disease which calls for a pacemaker to cure. I am only 28 years old like I said and I am scared to death. For one thing I have never been put to sleep. I read it is possible to do this being awake or lightly sedated but I prefer to be asleep. lol. Anyway of course the big scare is the whole pacemaker thing. Will this change my life significantly? Any younger people with a pacemaker (like in their 20s and 30s)? I own a daycare and would hate to give that up. I love my job. I also am fairly active. I like to walk every day. I also like playing outside with the kids a good bit. I have a 2 year old daughter and I don't want to miss things with her. Anyone have personal experience they want to share?

I know I saw those books in walmart before and also online and everything. What is the deal with it having to be preordered now??? This is confusing! I have read the 1st two books and now I won't be able to read the third unless I find someone to borrow it from.
