Living in FL and getting married in NJ. I used to live in NJ and all family is there, so I know the area and I know what I want. But can I plan the wedding from far away? And how much time do I need to take away from work just prior to the wedding to finalize the details and rehearse. Has anyone done this? Any links or advice is much appreciated.

Is it free or inexpensive if you just want to look at galleries? Tell me what the deal is.... where do you go? The Bass Museum? What's the deal?

Here's the deal... I called an Indian Restaurant and asked them if it is ok to bring my own bottle of wine. They said "yes, it's ok." I got there and discovered a bar and wine list but there were no problems. They opened my wine, provided glasses, etc.... and then I go the check with a ten dollar corking charge. Is this normal? Even if this is normal, I think I should have been told in advance of this charge. What do you think?

Does not the lease (signed by the owner) protect the tenants even if the property falls into the hands of a bank? I am in the state of Florida. Please provide me with web sources if possible. Thanks.

I took pics on the day I moved in and I am taking pics now (the day I'm moving out).

I'd be willing to wait a month to see my deposit, but I am being told I will not see it and am not given a reason. Plus, I have always paid rent on time. And no part of the lease was breached on my part. House is in perfect condition and I have pics to prove it. Plus they can walk through and inspect any time and it's all fine but they have not yet. AND they are saying I will not see my $$. Who should I call?

They have been very lazy w/ every aspect of property management. They are giving me the run-around. I can't really afford a lawyer but I will not just stand here or bend over backwards and just accept the shady crap they are trying to get away with. Any advice?

... for a funny 80's biker man who REALLY needs some comedic therapy. Stand up comics (unless they r really good) or modern comedies just don't do it for him. He is very intelligent so it takes a lot to get him to laugh. And we both agree that new movies these days suck.

Don't get me wrong. He has a sense of humor and has laughed at comics like Margrot Cho, Mike Birbiglia, Gabriel Iglesias and others. Some of his favorites movies are Easy Riders, Harley Davidson & The Marlbro Man, Borat, Spinaltap... to give you some idea.

FYI. My projects include a biography, a screen play based on that biography and some short stories. Apart from the short stories, I am writing non-fiction.
