My parakeet is really mean. We used to have 2 budgies. Skye and Coco. Skye always beat up Coco but Coco never hurt her only once(when he started picking at her neck for payback). Coco always preened her and fed her but all she did was peck his neck! here is a picture of them..Skye is green and Coco is blue

I have 2 budgies and they are constantely fighting.. what should I do? One's older but they are both different genders. I always have to take the older one out for the younger one to eat, any ideas or suggestions to help them go well together ? I don't want to buy another cage... :(
