I used to have beautiful thick brown eyebrows but i got them waxed and now they are thinner

I want to grow them back like they used to be but i dont want it to look like im lazy and only wax my eyebrows once and then dont care about them anymore... and i dont want them to be all scraggly and wierd looking... what should i do???

But the ring is turning my finger green so what does this mean? Am i allergic to it??? It's not fake so why is it doing that
