I'm trying to make Tzatziki, a Greek dip, which I normally make with yogurt, but in this case it must be non-dairy. Has anyone tried to make this with soy substitute? How did it come out?

Does anyone have a suggestion how to eliminate the bleached look and stain the cabinets a darker shade while retaining the wood grain? I'm not crazy about sanding, there is just too much cabinetry too consider, but I will if there is no other choice. Painting and hiding the wood grain is out of the question, the cabinet quality is too nice to hide under paint.

I'm putting pot lights in my basement, and would like to ask the electricians out there how many 50 watt bulbs can I safely put on a single 120 volt circuit., assuming this is a dedicated circuit?

Our dog is normally unafraid of anything, except riding in a car. What can we try that doesn't involve drugs? Any natural foods or remedies that might work? We previously had a Golden for 10 years who loved car rides, so we're a little at a loss.
