I am looking for a fixer upper in Charlotte NC. Do you know of any?
I'd like to find a 4 bed, 2 bath, 2000 sq. ft. or more, with 2 car garage, in need of rehab'ing, in Charlotte near the Lake Wylie area. Preferably, but not necessarily, on a large, treed lot in a good residential area. Willing to pay a fair price for the right property. Thanks for your help.

For the most part all of the fixer uppers are skimed off the top by Flippers. Realtors do not even have to list these homes since they are paid a fee to call these so called invertors.
A great way to short the market and drive up prices, see what els that have done to short the market and make the bubble that is now crashing.

What is need is mandatory, public assailable ran MLS for all property bought and sold ran by the county. Then you will have a fair open and honest market.
IT seems very apparent the the Realtors do not have other best interest in mind and not the general publick.

Visit with a Realtor in that area they have access to more information than you on the net. The seller also pays for the commission.
