My wife got issued a citation back in Oct 08 for a minor charge, she supposed to go to court 12/23/08, but her case was never available online; we decided to call the PD of that City and they told us they pass the info to the County's DA, we called the County's DA and they told us the DA declined to file criminal charges and they even sent us a letter, and the clerk told us she didnt have to go to court.

We just got a citation directly from the PD of that city saying that her original court date is been changed from the previous date to June '09.

Can they do this? Cuz now her case is actually online on the County's website.

This is the 2nd time i ask this question so PLEASE help me;

My wife's car hood cable broke and now i cannot open the hood, i took it to get it fix but they told me to buy the original part, this guy that took a look at it open the hood in less than 1 minute with a flat screw driver, since i am really low in cash i cannot repair the hood until next week; PROBLEM is that i need to check the brake fluid to make sure my wife is not driving without brakes. Can anybody please tell me how the heck this guy open the hood with the screw driver i been trying ever since and i cannot. Please HELP.

Somebody sent me a text message at my laptop, askin to "baby can i see you this weekend" and she got mad, then i text back at that person and turns out that it was a guy looking for his girl, but my wife thinks that is all bugus.
