Delayed for 8 days, not feeling any symptoms, home preg tests are negative. Exercising regularly - lifting, running and zumba. im 36 yrs old. periods were never delayed more than 5 days. did not have s3x during fertile period. Could i possibly be preggo?

Is this routine ok or hazardous to health

MON - Chest, arm, shoulder - strength training for 1 hour

TUE - Back, abs, waist - strength training for 1 hour

WED - Legs, butt - strength training for 1 hour

THU - REST

FRI - whole body strength training for 2 hours

SAT - whole body strength training for 2 hours

SUN - REST / running

I'm not taking any supplements or protein shakes? Should I?

Baby is 1 month old and has red rashes on face, neck, ears and head.

My 1 month old baby have developed some rashes and doctor said it is erythema toxicum, which is a normal rashes for babies. Lately, his head is full of rashes and it was excreting yellowish kind of fluid and now I'm concerned.

i immediately breastfed my newborn from day 1, but on day 3, my breasts became sore, so i stopped for one day. i gave him formula milk and my milk from the bottle. Now on day 5 my breasts are healed and ready to feed but everytime i try

to nurse him he refuses. i think he finds it more comfortable to drink from the bottle, What do you think i should do? any advise will help... thanks....

A friend gave me an MP3 version of the bible - old and new testament, so instead of reading the bible I can easily listen to it.

Do you think I'll get the same revelation from it if I just listen to it? Sometimes, with all the days work in front of the PC, it's good to just close your eyes at home while on a comfortable chair and listen to the bible.

I have regular periods always, but this month I've been delayed by almost 2 weeks, as I have a baby boy almost 5 months old, I bought the pregnancy test kits (3 of them) to see if I'm pregnant or not.

My last period was Feb 13. Last contact with husband was 10 March.

All preg. test kits shows "negative". What could be the reason why I'm delayed. I never was before. That's why I'm worried.

Can I give him cerelac, which one and how often?
