because we have a 2 year old and we live above her. Jeremiah (2 year old) gets home around 5:30-6:00 eats dinner, takes a bath and at 7 lays down on the couch with me at 7:30 goes to bed. She is a total freak about the slightest noise and even called the police on the 2 year old. He showed up at 6 min after 7 and Jeremiah was laying on the couch as usual winding down from the day.He said he felt like she sent him up there to bully us but wasn't anything he could do, as we were not doing anything wrong. Our house is empty most of the day, we are only home at night and every other weekend.She runs out to my car yelling at me when I am trying to leave for the day, quoting her lease, threatening lawsuits and eviction. We try to be very quite, but to no avail to her ears. Can I do anything to stop her harassment to me and my family?

My friend works for a small company in glendale,az. She also is renting an attached apt. for her son and herself.
