If you need a new stylist for your hair how do you go about finding one? Is it personal recommendation, look in yellow pages, go to a salon that looks nice, look at reviews on the internet? Where do you look and what factors do you consider in your decision?

I signed a contract of employment 3 years ago and never received my copy. I also cannot recall clearly the details in it and believe that my employer may have lost the original with no other copy. I was sacked from this employment, with no warnings, no option to work notice and not paid for notice. I now want to set up in a similar business. I think there may have been a section in the contract stopping me from working within a specified distance of my old job and contacting customers. Can my ex employer enforce this if the contract cannot be produced and can I claim for unfair dismissal?

I plan to live in the flat and eventually start a business in the shop (so I might rent shop out until I do), so not really buy to let or business yet. However residential mortgages don't cover it. I have about 40% deposit and will carry on with my job so have a good income. Who are the best people to approach for a mortgage at a decent rate.

When I'm trying to play live on the 360 the connection keeps cutting out. I've tried wireless and with a cable. The connection is broardband. It's very frustrating when playing live.

Heard it in a clothes shop, should have asked the name. Its a male singer, possibly one of the many singer songwriters around at the moment. Its slowish, and he gets slightly emotional.
