My mortgage company sent me a letter stating I can lower my ins. to the balance of whats owed on house but my flood ins. company said no, I have to wait until renewal time. Is this true and why ?

'I am forced to pay over $2000 yr for flood ins. [ gov. required ] It never floods here and don't live near any water. Does this seem high to anyone else ? Can anything be done ?'

Lately its getting harder to put one foot in front of other due to nerve problems in leg from herniated disc problems. If you also have this what can be done if anything ?

My cat stopped eating and drinking about 2 wks. ago.The vet has pushed fluids on her plus he did all kinds of tests,CBC,etc. all came back ok but she still won't eat/drink.Anyone ever have this problem ? Of course she's dehydrated thats why fluid push but I can't keep taking her to have that done.Love her but have spent so much money and on limited income. Please help.

Now lawyer and power of attorney sent letters again to be signed and notorized so the remaining money can be paid to the beneficiarys.All have been sent back but she refuses to unless she gets those two things! Now what happens since she told Judge she wouldn"t fight it any longer ? Why can't the checks be sent out to the rest of those named since they already rec'd. most of it ?
