  • Can you recommend a good color printer for a small business?

I need a good color laser printer to replace a Brother HL4040 CN, which was a great printer for my needs. I need something that has inexpensive toner cartridges. I don't want to spend more than a few hundred bucks on the printer. Any ideas?

  • Can you help me find trumpet sheet music?

I played trumpet for 4 years when I was young but I had to quit when I got braces. After 32 years I am starting to play again. Where can I find some good hard rock/alternative rock/classic rock sheet music for trumpet (free ot otherwise)? It's not your typical trumpet music, but I really don't want to learn to play old folk songs. I want to rock!

  • Who owns home run balls?

I know that in most cases, a fan who catches a home run ball is allowed to keep it. But legally, who really owns the ball? Does it matter whether or not that baseball is considered to be an important ball?

Do butchers add salt or sodium to meat when they make ground beef? If I need low sodium ground beef should I ask them to make it while I wait?

  • "On Sunday, the eighth instant, there passed to his reward the soul......."?

This phrase came from the beginning of an obituary from the early 20th century, and I've seen many similar obituaries that mention the first instant, the fifth instant, and so on. What are they talking about when they say "instant"? Is it the date of death? I'm not sure where this question belongs, but I thought that genealogists may have some idea.

  • What prep course do you recommend for the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) exam?

I'm planning to enroll in a CFP program and I want to know what study programs you recommend. If you took your classes online, do you feel that you missed something by not being in the classroom? Thank you.

  • Bicycle pedal straps?

I am relearning how to ride a bicycle and I just got a Cannondale Road Warrior 3. I'm still a bit wobbly, and it's difficult for me to use the pedal straps. It's difficult for me to get my toes in them when I start pedaling. Any suggestions? Do I even really need them?

  • I need a decent bicycle and I haven't been on a bike in years. Can you recommend a bike for me?

I'm a guy in my early 40's and haven't ridden since I was about 15. I'd like to take up bicycling and I'm looking for a good bike that will last. I'm looking at a Cannondale, but there is so much hype on the net about different brands. What do you recommend for me? Basically, I'll be a weekend rider. Mostly roads and simple bike trails. Also, I'm about 5'7", so size matters. My price range is below $800 or so. What do you think?

  • My dog recently lost her hearing. Can you help me?

My 7-year-old Japanese chin has been losing her hearing for several months, and last week it suddenly became worse. The vet said that she is now almost totally deaf. She doesn't seem to have an ear infection. Does anyone know of a veterinary clinic, preferably in Maryland, Pennsylvania, or Virginia, that can help? Possibly University of Pennsylvania? What qualifications should I look for in someone who treats canine deafness? Thanks! This is very stressful for my dog and for me.

  • Does somebody belch in Styx's "Lady"?

It's not my favorite song, but I heard Styx's song Lady the other day. At around one minute and ten seconds into the song, I heard a low noise that sounded like someone belching. Once you hear it, it's pretty obvious. I asked a friend to listen and she heard it too. Has anyone else noticed this, and is there any explanation other than someone belching?

  • I think the song is called "Tonight".?

It's from the 1970's. It mentions the Chesapeake Bay and crabcakes, and I think it mentions flying in from Denver. The chorus says "Tonight", then a little keyboard ditty, then again says either "Tonight" or "Feels right" and a little keyboard ditty. Can anyone help me with the name of the song and the artist? I wish I could describe it better. Thanks.
