I am now noticing that the part time job that I started in May has taken $0 out of federal taxes this year. By the end of 2011 I will have made close to $10,000 at the part time job. $24,000 at the full time job. My full time job to date deductions have been $715 in federal taxes. Do I need to change my exemptions at my part time job to 0 or 1 for the remainder of the year?

I know it is everyday for us to eat but it is rare to see it in movies. But their is this one guy who eats almost in all of his movies. I think they just like attention to be on his mouth.

I have a 7 year old and 10 year old who are both starting rehersals for a play this week. The problem is the 7year old is acting up more than usual the past 3weeks. Fighting her sisters and cousins and the teacher almost daily sends a bad note home with her. Last spring i took her out of softball for this same type of thing. So she knows i will do it. So am i being unreasonable to tell her the next bad note she brings home she will get removed from the play?

My still husband of almost 10 years has recently started receiving SS benefits due to mental disability. He was dodging me for the past 6 years and when he initially filed for benefits left our 3children as dependants off of his application. His girlfriend that he has 2 children with receives a check for their children and she divides it by 5 and sends each of my girls their 5th of the payment. The big problem I have with this is that he has well hidden himself for years before and he could wake up tomorrow and decide he doesn't want to pay again. Can I file a claim for my children without jeopardizing his benefits? It did take almost 2years to get approved and I would hate to have to wait another 2years of appeals because he "forgot" our children yet again. I have called social security and they said it would npt penalize him but I am not sure if they are just saying that to get his information and then review his case again. Thanks

My spouse pays weekly child support to his son who lives 1000 miles away. We have tried to make each weekly payment special to let him know dad is sending love but we are running out of ideas. There are only so many miss you and thinking of you cards out there. We have made cards and sent little things like stickers or notes but are running out of ideas. Any suggestions will be helpful.
