2 AnswersLyrics10 years agoWhat is a better deal for credit cards? I have a card that I will pay off in the next few months that has a...?
$40.00 annual fee and the credit card company hiked my interest rate to 19.99 APR. This card uses average daily balance to calculate interest.
I received an offer to transfer the balance to a card that has 0 interest for 12 months on balance transfers with a 3% transfer fee, BUT, this card uses 2 cycle billing for the average daily balance.
I am not using the card I currently have and I am repaying the debt without using the card at all. I want to pay this debt off, but I am not sure if I should leave it where it is, not take the 0 balance offer with the 2 cycle billing. Any ideas? I have heard 2 cycle billing is terible for adding extra interest.
