Has anyone tried to wall mount a portable dvd player?
Wall mountable dvd players are just being released and are way overpriced. I have not used a portable dvd player, but wonder if it would be possible to run a dvd with it mounted flat to a wall and wires running to the tv. From what I have seen the disk is held in place like a portable cd player and with audio and video outputs I don't think the screen would have to be up for the player to run. Anyone try this yet?
1 AnswerHome Theater1 decade agoF-150 Air Conditioner Problem...?
Does anyone out there have a new 2006 Ford F-150 that has a problem with their a/c? I have had mine about 4 months and that damn a/c just does not get very cold. I have heard some other people complain, but every other one I have been in works great. If I do not have mine blowing full blast on Max a/c right into me it is hot in the truck and it does nothing to cool off the rest of the cab.
13 AnswersFord2 decades agoWill the new HD DVD players play the current version of DVD's?
I have a large collection of DVD's and I want to know if it will be possible to play them on the new HD DVD players. Also, when they hit the market, is it going to be like the new video game systems where as soon as the newest version comes out they stop making products for the older version. I have not been able to find any info on this and I will be pissed if they stop releasing all movies on regular dvd just because the HD versions are out.
1 AnswerOther - Electronics2 decades agohow do you rust die cast?
I have a die cast scale 1:35 car and I need it to rust badly. I know that seems strange. I already heavily scuffed the paint, taking some of it completely off. I then soaked it in salt water and lemon juice for a couple days and now have it sitting out. I know that die cast does not rust easily so any other hints would help greatly.
