I just started a small housekeeping service. I am the only employee and owner. I have been cleaning for other companies for years but I am new at doing it myself. I am licensed and I have liability Ins. This protects me from breaking something. I have a new client that has asked me to write a contract stating that she holds no responsibility if I am hurt at work(in her home). I do not have medical insurance, but I am reluctant to write this contract. I have clients ranging from 7 years to present that have never asked me to do this. Should I make a contract and if so any ideas what it should entail?

I'm going to purchase an e-cigarette. I'll pretty much try anything to quit smoking real ones. I smoke a pack a day and I need to know how long one cartridge will last. I know they usually come in a set of 5 for around $10.00 will I save money or go through a whole cartridge in a day?

My chiuahaua(or however u spell it) has fleas so I bought hartz ultra guard pro. It came with 3 months of treatment. I gave him a flea bath, then put the meds on and gave him a bath the next day. Well Ive now heard its best to not give a bath first and to wait 2-3 days after treatment to bathe. He still has mega fleas, so is it safe to give him another dose. I also got flea spray and sprayed all there bedding after washing. I vacuum daily and even steam cleaned carpets. I need them to go away.

Ive lost almost all my fish to ich, The one fish I really care about is my 11" bottom feeder. He has ich very bad. So I am using coppersafe. Its been 2 days and now he has more spots and lots of mucous looking threads all over. Is it to late for him or is this a sign its working. Also once he dies(when and if) how do I completly clean the tank without having to buy all new rocks and stuff?

My fish have ich, and today I started the raised temp and aquarium salt treatment, however a person with lots of knowledge on fish told me to go get mardel coppersafe. I want to get it today, but can I use it after just doing the salt treatment? Is that safe for my fish?

My fish have ick. I am treating it with higher temperature 82 degrees and just put in 10 tbs of aquarium salt after doing a 25% water change, I have a 50 gal tank. I hear I'm supposed to do this for up to 10 days, but does that mean I do 25% water changes and 10 tbs salt for ten days cause to me it just seems like a lot of salt. I have 1 lg bottom feeder, 2 small albino catfish, another type of catfish. I only have 1 normal fish in there and he so far has ick the worst, my bottom feeder now has the white spots(hes the one that I want to live the most) any idea if I'm doing this right? or any helpful advice would be appreciated.

I clean houses for a living. Most of my clients have me do the basics in cleaning ie: Mopping,dusting,sweeping,bathrooms etc. but I have a client that has kids and I am responsible for cleaning their clothes thrown all over the floor, toys, and it takes up so much time that is supposed to be used for scouring and stuff. None of my other clients have me do this for their kids. Is this for a housekeeper or a maid? Is their a difference?

Okay so I asked a while back how to keep cats from using my pots as little boxes and got some great answers like using cyanne pepper or citrus fruits. I think Im gonna try putting some orange peels out there, but will this attract ants? I don't really mind if it does cause the pots are far away, but do ants hurt the flowers?If there are a lot of them? cause I have lots of ants in this area.

So these cats are going to the bathroom in my planter boxes. There are just loads and loads of you know what in them. What can I use to keep them away,I need to be sure it wont harm them or my plants.

Got a new nikon D40 and I want to know if I can see the pic Im taking on the moniter instead of always using the viewfinder. Ive looked over the manuel and can't find how to do it. I just dont want to always take a pic using my eye in the viewfinder cause it gets oils from my skin on the moniter, and I know it will be worse when wearing makeup. Please help!

I have a guest house in my backyard I need to rent, but I cannot have children living there because it is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 1living room (No kitchen) My last tenants broke the lease and had kids and they tore the place up, so my question is if I post my place on craigslist and say"Looking for single guy or girl to rent my 1 bedroom guesthouse" Is that discrimination against a family?

My next door neighbor passed away 3 yrs ago. Noone took care of the property so I kept calling the fire marshall. Finally people started comming and mowing and weeding(Not to sure if it was because of my calls, because I never got a return call) for the last 8 months or so I have seen noone there taking care of it and the weeds are now higher than my 6 foot fence by like 3 feet. Its all tall grass and weeds, and none of it is green. Who do I call to get this taking cared of? Als I think druggies go there, and the lady that lived there had 80 cats(yes not exageratting) now there is a UNSAFE DO NOT ENTER sign which is fine and dandy but what about the mice cats fecies, and fire hazard that is now 10 feet away from my sons bedroom window?

Ive never opened a bottle of champaigne and its my 13 wedding anniversary. I don't want to wait for him to get home. I'm getting my home all romantic and need to open it but really scared.

Okay, my husband and I have a small 1 bedroom,living,bathroom guest house. We rent it for 450 a month and have till now had no problem with renters. Beginning of august my husband allowed his friend to move in with his girlfriend. We did not have him sign a lease or pay a cleaning deposit, because my husband knew him. They paid 900 cash for first and last. They have been here a month and now hes moved in his 2 toddler aged kids. they are so so messy. there is food clothes and trash all over the house. I wish I could post a pic so you could see. but just imagine filth and there you go. They said there moving next month so technically there paid, but they have ruined my guesthouse. the carpet is thrashed. What are my rights, can I kick them out, and use the money to clean? What can I do. I know IO screwed myself by not having a lease and cleaning dep, but I can't take another month of this. Their trash is also in my yard daily. Its really really bad, can't put it in words please help WHAT DO I DO?

Recently my husbands company he worked for appealed the unemployment decision. At the appeal my husband was denied his witness to testify. The manager was allowed her witness(The assistant manager) The unemployment has now been denied. Is it not the law to have a fair trial? How could the judge not listen to his witness?

I know they like cucumber,squash, peas, but when I put a slice in there it just floats for days and I end up taking it out. How do I get it to sink so hell eat it?

I have tried it all. I have anti virus protection. I have blocked pop ups, I have scanned my hard drive, I have checked my add/remove programs, but still I get pop ups in fact three since I have written this. Pls someone help. pop ups come up without my browser open. comes up when I'm banking or playing games. I have to figure this out. I can't even type right. I have to backspace and fix words constantly PLS PLS HELP ME!!!!!!! I'm insane with fustration!!!!!

I am thinking about starting a small business cleaning houses. How do I go about doing all the legal stuff for taxes, and what do I do if I have to hire people. I need to know the steps to take to have a legal business.

Someone gave me $ on a deposit for some material I am selling, said they would pick it up in a week. I wrote down and signed that I had recieved their deposit. Then I get a call from someone who is willing to pay more. Can I sell it to them and return the other deposit, or is that illegal.
