For your own peace of mind, how do you let it go? How do you forgive something major?

When my husband went through physical and mental problems of his own, I was always there for him.

But when I was on chemotherapy 2 years ago, I gained weight, was very miserable from nausea, needy, scared, cranky from steroids and he pretty much mentally left me and the kids. The kids tried to help me as much as they could but they remember that time in our lives as "it seemed as if the sun never shined" My husband on the other hand was always at work and it turned out he was spending all his free time on classmates, chatting it up with old buddies and female friends-calling them all on the phone at work, emailing them. He told the kids and I that we coulldn't call or email because the job wouldn't allow personal calls and emails. I only found out a few months back that we were the only ones he didn't want to hear from. During this time on chemo, he also told me he wasn't 'in love' with me anymore and wanted to get a room somewhere. He obviously changed his mind. He says he is sorry. He says he went crazy when I was on chemo.

I think every day how in a matter of months I had a double mastectomy, was put on 6 months of chemo, felt miserable every day and so many meds I couldn't even drive and how he didn't stand by me. Why didn't he think I was worth standing by?

I wouldn't put my personal problems out there if I wasn't desperate for advice. I went to a psychologist but her only advice was to leave him. I am not ready to disolve the relationship, not now anyway and that wouldn't take away the pain in my heart, would it?

I want to heal INSIDE. Regardless of how I feel about him now and in the future

We really don't like canned veggies but with sales and whatnot have accumulated quite a few. Especially green beans, grean peas and corn. I would like to know what you would make with these canned veggies.

I've done a 3 bean salad, blender pea soup and hmmm, maybe that's it.

So is there a corn and potato soup recipe I can make or corn cakes or green bean something or other or what?

I'm really interested in what everyone can think up!

Reason for switch: Both brands have similar ingredients but the chicken soup brand is sold in a pet food store 2 miles from me versus the natural balance which is a good 10 miles away. In addition, the chicken soup is 5 dollars cheaper and supports a local business.

It looks like a muffin with a cross on top

What it tastes like:

A combo of cheesecake and poundcake and the cross is made of a sweet tasting pie crust. A light, light citrus flavor. Heavy moist delicious.

I need to tone my legs and walking and yoga is not doing it.

What do you think about bicycle trainers? I don't have a bike right now and I'm not sure how much I'd use one but it's an appealing idea to have the option of a bike and an exercise bike just by buying a trainer.

Or are exercise bikes better?

Where do you go online to purchase your airline tix? I haven't had very good experiences with travelocity and I'm sure there must be better places. I'm in the US.

for a conference. I've been on hold for over an hour to speak to someone at the airline. I have no idea what they'll offer me at this point. All workshops begin tomorrow morning. Conference ends on Sunday noon. We were going to stay an extra couple of days. In your opinion, will it be worth it to go sometime tomorrow?

I am guessing I need to consider any liquid makeup like mascara and foundation to be under 3 oz and packed in the quart sized baggie?

What about medicine(tablets), deodorant, and powder makeup like blush and mineral makeup? Is there a limit on that sort of stuff??

My husband also has a carryon--can he bring a bag of some sort to hold his ipod, earphones, newspaper, etc?

My husband and I are going to Florida for 5 days to attend a conference. I need casual clothing, one or 2 dressy outfits, swimsuits, toiletries, a book, ipod.

We're flying from NJ to Florida and would like to leave the coats at home.

What size carry on can we use? Packing list suggestions?

Or how can I find this information out? Is there a good website for info?
