  • How do I stop Yahoo from hijacking my custom 404 pages?

    I have several websites which I designed nice custom 404 pages which will help the person encountering them find the information they were looking for on MY websites.

    I just updated to the new version of Yahoo messinger. Now everytime I get a error 404 I get Yahoo's search page, even on my websites - Yahoo hijacks my custom 404 pages and overwrites them.

    How do I stop this? I uninstalled the Yahoo toolbar and it still happens.

    I am very mad about this. I wonder how much of my traffic Yahoo has stolen?

    So the main questions are how do I stop this and is it legal for Yahoo to steal my traffic?

    I friend I went to highschool with grew up Catholic.He is gay and wehn he "came out" the Catholic church threw him out. He became a muslim. This was15 years ago and i have not seen him since. I was wondering how muslims treat gay people.

  • Have the sex offender registry websites saved children? Read details before answering...?

    There has been so much on the news about sex offenders lately. there have been many questions about them posted here.

    Do the sex offender registries work? We taxpayers are paying millions a year to keep them up and running and if the House and Senate of the U.S. ever reach a compromise on the child protection and sex offender registration bills that cost will escalate into the billions of dollars.

    so does it work? Or would that money be better spent on prevention or on food clothing and shelter for the thousands of homeless children in America?

  • Should parents be held accountable if a crime is committed against their child?

    Specifically I want to know if an unsupervised child is harmed due to someone else comitting a crime, and it could be prooven that if the child was supervised properly it could have been prevented, should the neglectful parent be charged with child endangerment?

    One of many possible examples would be if a 7 year old was kidnapped and it is prooven that the child was left alone outside for several hours unsupervised?

    Of course the person comitting the crime would still be prosicuted.
