  • What was Stevie Gerrard's insult to referee?

Gerrard almost got in trouble for making a v gesture (like a peace sign) towards the referee. Does that mean something? It looked to me like he was just gesturing about something happening twice or something.

  • Name of circa 1970s football board game?

This game was a plastic rectangular football stadium about 20"x15" and about 6" tall. The field was green, but made up of tiny squares and whatever square would light up would tell you whether you gained yards or lost yards on the play. Each player had a control on his side of the stadium and you would choose what play you wanted based on the card you stuck on the side of the stadium. Like throwing a deep pass. The other player would choose his defense, like a blitz. The plastic controls crossed underneath the field and when each player chose the play you would turn on the light, and it would lite up the square where the controls crossed and you would see the play result. Then you kept track of the action with yard sticks, line of scrimmage and downs on the top of the field. It was awesome! Does anyone remember the name?

  • Old Comic Book Series from 1970s?

I used to read a comic book series about two indians who were trapped in this canyon with prehistoric creatures and peoples. I think it was named after the two of them. They might not have been american indians, but they had bows and arrows and loincloth type clothes. They were lost and trying to find their way back to their own tribe or something. Please give me the name, its driving me crazy!

  • Did anyone else notice the similarities between Be Cool and Get Shorty and between Rio Bravo and El Dorado?

In Get Shorty they mentioned how similar El Dorado was to Rio Bravo. And then when they made Be Cool it seemed they did the same thing on purpose and made a loose remake of Get Shorty. But I never heard anybody mention that when discussing Be Cool. Did anybody else notice that?

  • Classic British Horror Movie.?

What's the name of this movie from the 50's or 60's. They are on a small island and a scientist was working with radiation and created these creatures that look like human brains that slide along the ground. They are about 4 feet in diameter and have a trunk thing that sticks up like a neck. They split every couple of hours and so the number of them doubles and they are eating all the cattle on the island and people too and the islanders have to hole up in the local school until they figure out how to get rid of them. Thanks.
