I have lost one of the w2's, but it was only for 19.95. Can we be audited (or, is it likely that we will be audited) if I submit our taxes without this amount?

My 9 year old ADHD son had his first eye exam on 7/20 and was prescribed glasses. He subsequently failed a routine screening at school and we took him back to the same optometrist, who then diagnosed him with astigmatism but the new RX does not treat the astigmatism. I will get another doctor to examine him soon, but I am wondering if astigmatism can be tricky to diagnose and why the doctor charged me for two exams? It was only two months in between the exams and the prescription changed. We were told he had a growth spurt, and going forward are we going to need to have him examined every two months?

will be directing this early next year. I'd like to have the vase fall and all of that at the end, and I would appreciate any suggestions as to "how did they *do* that?"

He's nine, he likes to read, watch TV, and play on the computer. Does the doc want the glasses worn all the time to ensure that they are worn, or does this prescription truly merit constant wear?

Yes, I killed a squirrel. It could have been worse, a friend of mine killed a bunny! However, my squirrel ran almost all the way across the road, back to the right, then to the left, right, and then right under my wheel.
