I have a wound that is a round hole at the bottom of my foot since November 2016.

it is on the sole of foot 2CM from smallest toes . it is about 3/4 of a centre metre in diameter, and about the same deep, there is a lot of dead skin around the surface of the hole but the wound is very clean but not sealed up it has sometimes got close then the hole gets bigger again. everyday I put saline first then wash around with blue surgical spirit then apply betadine(iodine) , before I would put it directly in hole , as the wound is dry and not infected , how can I seal it up as 8 months seem a long time. please help with this .photos are available.

we found a small white poodle stroke mixed breed dog covered in blood so took him in , we have found that when either a noisy motorbike goes past our cafe or someone wearing black shoes or trousers or another dog he does not know he just attacks. we have tried everything but are now at the point of giving him to a dog rescue center or whatever we need to do to protect our other 3 dogs that are just starting to copy. what can anyone suggest please we really need him to stop this soon. before someone gets hurt.

I have been given anti biotic for a swollen and red leg. i have a Under active thyroid, for 26 years and a high blood pressure problem , and just wanted to ask if anyone got any clear advice on the leg as its very dry and red , it has stopped Spreading, but still like a Balloon when i have to walk (we have to work , yes guys)

2 years old looks like a poodle/ peseon..... and has always since i rescued him got dark or blackish scabs in his ears!! always scratching or shaking head , we thought we got rid of it a year ago when vet scrapped it all out but just recently got a tick virus (so the vet says ) and a temp of 105, he has now recovered but ear issues are again returning and again a issue with this lumpy scabby lumps in his ear , they are bothering him!! he is so sad and looks at me like .... please help me . and i don't know what to do.....

How Can they say he died of copd when he was treated for the Asbestosis for such a long period! and was taking Tablets for it and was signed off work due to it?

I have a puppy that had Parvo disease , it is a cross between a poodle and jack russell , His ears are big for a small dog and he seems to have a crusty small infection on both ears just inside the tips , he also scratches for hours with his foot inside his ear till he yelps sometimes, then he shakes his head for ages and starts the whole process again , i also found a lump above his shoulder on his neck, someone said it maybe because he had injection for Parvo recently and it was the needle etc , any ideas on what to do,

please help i have a 2 month old puppy i have just adopted in the last 4 days but it keeps biting my toes, chin, fingers etc , its a small cross between a jack russell & a poodle, i wrote 4 days ago as its not house trained either, i shout kind of loud but it does not work, as its just goes over its head, and i don't want to slap him as i don't think that will work (although i have thought sometimes i should try)? any help would be great thanks........if he don't stop soon i may have to write and ask how to stew him........ his name is dograk

I have a new puppy that I want to house train, it is 2 months old and was owned by someone else who got rid of it as it was unwell .We found out by a vet after taking it on it had parvo-virus, and mange, after a lot of visits to the vets it is ok , but it gets really excitable it bites toes and hands etc and it pees and pooes on the floor, it lives in my flat but we have a rooftop terrace , i have had it one night but i don't know where to start, and it cannot go out yet as it is on medicine, any help would be truely gratefull

my friends have had no money from their propety since september although neighbours have said they have seen people in the house up till december 2007. the owners live in Koh Samui so they are only able to contact the letting agent by telephone but most times he is switched off(in more than one way!)

they eventually got him on the phone and he says he sold his business in september to another letting company.

they were in such a state that i phoned him and he says the last payment was made to his account for this said building in oct.

and he did not know they had moved out of the property in sept or just not paid the rent,

so if he sold his business in september why is he getting payments in october???

why if he sold his business in september does he still have keys now???

Do you not have to notify your house owners if you sell your letting business on??

How can we apply legal pressure to this idiot letting agent who is giving such a bad name to others who are respectable

Hi all , i have been given this tablet by a local pharmacist in thailand for a swollen foot name SUBSYDE_CR containing 100mg diclofenac sodium 100mg, but getting back i see a red box saying only to be given by a doctor, i have been told to take 2 a day after food, has anyone heard of these tablets and should i take care
